📋 BOOKING INFORMATION & TERMS

To ensure smooth delivery and collection, please read the following important information before placing your order.

🕒 Hire Period

• Standard skip hire is 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Extended hire is available upon request (subject to availability and charges).

🚛 Delivery Times

• Skips are delivered between 07:00 – 18:00.
• You will be given confirmation once your delivery slot is scheduled.

⛔ Overloading Policy

• Skips must not be overloaded.
• Waste must not exceed the top edge of the skip.
• Collections may be refused or charged if the skip is unsafe or overloaded.

✅ ACCEPTED WASTE TYPES

Our skips are for non-hazardous waste only:

• Household waste
• Non-hazardous general waste
• Garden waste
• Clothing
• Wood
• Carpet
• Paper and cardboard
• Plastic
• Metal

❌ PROHIBITED WASTE

The following items must NOT be placed in our skips:

• Sofas and POPs waste
• Aerosols
• Gas cylinders
• Gypsum / plasterboard
• Asbestos
• Fridge freezers
• Tyres
• Paints, oils and fuels
• Fluorescent tubes
• Screens, TVs and monitors
• Large tree trunks or roots
• Explosives or dangerous goods

📞 UNSURE ABOUT YOUR WASTE?

If you’re not certain whether your waste is suitable, please contact us before loading your skip. We’re happy to advise.

📅 Booking Notice

• A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for skip bookings.
• Using the Book Now option registers your request, and we will confirm delivery availability shortly after.

💳 Payment Terms

• Payment is required once your delivery date is confirmed.
• Skips will not be dispatched without payment.

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before delivery will incur a £100 cancellation fee.
